We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure shoes are tested indoors on a clean surface to remain eligible for a refund.

While our full gait analysis is available in-store, we offer a virtual consultation service where you can submit a video of your stride for personalized shoe recommendations.
How do I know which size to order?

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
